West Midlands Surgical Centre accepts no responsibility for fees not covered by your insurer.

9. Cancellation Policy

We ask that patients provide at least 48 hours notice if they need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Late cancellations or non-attendance without sufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. This policy helps ensure that appointment availability is maintained for all patients.
